Kryston's budding interest in beer and wine soon grew into a passion when she began her career as an assistant wine steward in 2010. It only took one day on the job and she was burying herself in wine encyclopedias, scooping up old issues of Wine Spectator, and spending long hours trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible. Kryston loves her role as Wine Steward and enjoys the opportunity to share her vast knowledge with Guests. Recent trips to Napa Valley and Germany have also helped to spur Kryston's love for the hop and vine.

Justin Clark

Market Street, Frisco

Years ago, Justin developed a passion for wine and has been on a quest to improve his knowledge of all things wine ever since. As the Wine Steward at our Frisco Market Street, Justin has familiarized himself with many bottles we carry. He continually polishes his wine education by working with highly trained stewards in the business and talking with passionate Guests.

Market Street, Amarillo

Hobby has been our Wine Steward in Amarillo since 1999, but he began working in the wine business in 1978 for the American Wine Importing Company. In 2003, he became a member of the Society for Wine Educators and in 2004 became a Certified Wine Specialist and a Certified Wine Educator. His passion for life and wine are hard to miss.

Market Street, Allen

Kurt joined our team in 2006 and has been in the wine business for 10 years. With a background in distribution, he is very well versed in wine, even attending a beverage academy where he learned about various wine-producing regions around the world, wines, and grape varieties. As our Wine Steward at Market Street in Allen, Kurt is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and enjoys helping Guests choose the best pairings to enhance their meal.

Market Street, Plano

Originally from Kilgore, Texas, Luke worked as a Bartender/Server at Back Porch Bar and Grill. He moved to Denton to attend North Texas State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Hospitality Management. A beverage class piqued Luke's interest in wines, beers, and spirits, and he soon found himself collecting wine as a college student. Today Luke enjoys studying and discussing the details and stories behind wines and spirits with guests, as well as helping them find a great bottle of wine regardless of their palate or budget.
